Customer Reviews & Testimonials — New Braunfels Dumpster Rental

“I am a GC running three homes in Veramendi right now. These guys understand job sites. Same-day swap-out on the 30-yard when I call before noon. I have used four other dumpster companies in New Braunfels over the past two years — this is the only one that has never missed a single delivery window. For any contractor in Comal County, this is your call.”

“After the spring floods hit our property near the Guadalupe River, we needed emergency debris removal — water-damaged flooring, drywall, the whole bottom floor of our house. Called at 9am. Dumpster was there by 1pm. That response time when you’re already stressed about your house is absolutely everything. They also knew exactly what could go in the container and what couldn’t. Couldn’t have managed without them.”

“Called at 10am on a Tuesday. Had a 20-yard roll-off in my driveway by 2:30pm the same day. Used it for a full roofing tear-off on a 2,400 sqft home in New Braunfels. Shingles, felt, gutters — the whole deal. Price was $400 exactly as quoted. No fuel surcharge, no environmental fee added later, nothing. That’s shockingly rare in the dumpster business.”

“We were cleaning out my mother’s house in Gruene after she passed — a very difficult situation made much harder when you’re sorting through 40 years of belongings. These guys showed up exactly when they said, placed the container exactly where we needed it, and when we needed two extra days they just charged us $30 per day, no questions. Honest company. Would recommend to anyone in the New Braunfels area going through an estate cleanout.”

“We used them for a full bathroom and kitchen renovation in our Canyon Lake property. Two deliveries total — first a 20-yard for the demo phase, then a 10-yard at the end for the punch-list cleanup. Both containers arrived within the delivery window promised. No damage to our gravel driveway — they used boards as they said they would. Total we paid: $680. Exactly what they quoted. I will be calling them again for our master bath next year.”

“Boerne TX customer here. Most dumpster companies I called said they either don’t serve Kendall County or quoted me a much higher price for the distance. These guys gave me the same flat rate as New Braunfels — $400 for the 20-yard. Delivered to my Fair Oaks Ranch address without any issues. Driver knew exactly where to place the container and was professional and efficient. No-brainer if you’re in Boerne.”

“I manage a small apartment complex in New Braunfels — 12 units — and tenant turnover means regular cleanouts. I’ve been using this company for every cleanout for the past year. They know me by name, they know my property, and they show up when I need them. I called at 11:45am once and they still got me same-day. For property managers in Comal County, you need this number saved.”

“Used the 10-yard container for a garage cleanout and fence replacement project. The driver showed up 20 minutes early, asked me where I wanted it, placed it perfectly to keep our parking clear. Filled it up in two days, called for pickup, they were there the next morning. The whole process — call, delivery, pickup — was exactly as advertised. $280, no extras. Very happy.”

“I specifically shopped around because I’d been burned by dumpster companies adding fees after pickup before. Zeus Dumpster Rentals was a no-show on me once — cost me an entire crew day. Switched to NB Dumpster Rental. They have been flawless for all three Mayfair builds I’ve used them on this year. On time every single delivery. Price matches quote. Absolutely recommend for any GC in the Mayfair corridor.”

“Spring Branch customer. I wasn’t sure they would serve our rural address out on FM 281 but they came right out, no extra charge beyond what they quoted. We used a 30-yard for a barn cleanout and demolition project — old lumber, metal roofing, debris from two collapsed outbuildings. Container was exactly the right size. They hauled it to Mesquite Creek just like they said. Great local company.”

“We moved from Austin to New Braunfels in 2024 and had a mountain of stuff that didn’t make the move — furniture, old appliances, boxes, junk. Rented the 20-yard for $400. It handled everything. The alternative was multiple trips to Mesquite Creek which would have cost us more in time and truck rental. Really simple process, great communication, and the driver was super friendly. New Braunfels is lucky to have a local company like this.”

“Used them for a Wurstfest-adjacent commercial cleanout — we had a pop-up vendor setup that needed a full breakdown and disposal after the festival. Called Friday, container delivered Saturday morning. They navigated the delivery to a somewhat tricky lot near the Landa Park area without any issues. Everything out by Sunday, container picked up Monday. Can’t ask for better service than that.”
